The Restena Foundation collects certain personal data needed in order to ensure the due and proper performance of its contractual provisions and legal obligations.

The user is solely responsible for protecting the confidential nature of his codes for accessing the services supplied by the Restena Foundation. The Restena Foundation is not liable for direct or indirect damage which may be caused by using the site, in particular in relation to the interruption, stoppage or malfunctioning of the site which might result in particular from shutting down the Restena Foundation's computer system for maintenance or repair, technical breakdowns or network overload, failure of telephone lines, errors, negligence or mistakes made by service providers or a third party.
